A Brazilian nun went viral for her beatboxing skills.

A clip has been making the rounds online of Sister Marizele, who showed off her dexterity on the mic during a May 20 appearance on a Catholic TV channel.

The clip shows her singing before launching into beatboxing. The catchy tune prompts another nun to start dancing, and a priest joins her, the pair moving in unison.

In more recent Catholic news, a new pope was recently named, and he’s American. Earlier this month, Chicago-born Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost was elected to serve as the 267th Pope and has taken on the name Pope Leo XIV.

Pope Francis died in April. The 88-year-old made history as the first Jesuit pope, assuming the role in March 2013.

Cardinal Kevin Farrell, Camerlengo of the Holy Roman Church, issued a statement at the time of Pope Francis’ death, describing his life as one “dedicated to the service of the Lord and of His Church.”

Cardinal Farrell continued, “He taught us to live the values of the Gospel with fidelity, courage, and universal love, especially in favor of the poorest and most marginalized. With immense gratitude for his example as a true disciple of the Lord Jesus, we commend the soul of Pope Francis to the infinite merciful love of the One and Triune God.”
