JFK’s Grandson Asks Who’s Hotter: Usha Vance or His Grandma Jackie O

It seems Jack Schlossberg is something of a comedian.

John F. Kennedy’s grandson hopped on X on Monday, Jan. 20 ahead of President Donald Trump’s inauguration to fire off a joke about his grandma, Jackie Onassis.

“True or false,” he asked. “Usha Vance is way hotter than Jackie O," he added, comparing Vice President JD Vance's wife, Usha, to his grandmother.

While this appears to be his brand of humor, a number of X users didn’t find it funny, with many pointing out his relation to Jackie O.

Schlossberg is the only grandson of JFK and Jackie, son of their daughter, Caroline Kennedy. In addition to being a writer and political correspondent, Jack also has a large TikTok presence, boasting over half a million followers on the app.

In an interview with Vogue from last summer, Schlossberg attempted to explain how he blends his politics with his humor.

“If you’re going to ask people to think about something serious, you need to make it entertaining or fun,” the 32-year-old said. “That’s what all the great leaders do. You can’t just hammer people with how bad stuff is. You’ve got to bring some positivity and good energy to the things you think are important. That’s the only strategy I have.”

Schlossberg has two sisters, 36-year-old Rose and 34-year-old Tatiana. His mother is a diplomat, most recently serving as the US Ambassador to Australia, with her term ending this past November.
