UK Student Suspended After Selling 'Squirts' of Sanitizer to His Classmates

On Wednesday, an enterprising youngster who you may find either resourceful or loathsome (or both) came down on the wrong side of the very vague line of what is and isn't okay to sell for a profit during a time of crisis.

Specifically, the teen price gouged his friends by selling "squirts" of hand sanitizer to fend off the coronavirus. For that, he was suspended.

Life throws a lot of mixed messages your way.

The not-quite Martin Shkreli had his moneymaking plan posted to his mom's Facebook on Wednesday. So far it's racked up more than 213,000 reactions and 105,000 comments, all of which you can be sure are thoughtful and rational, and completely devoid of projection from people who should be medicated.

It could've definitely been worse, at least no one got burned.

The CDC says that washing your hands with soap and water is better than sanitizer when it comes to combating germs. So, for any kids who want to make some real money, do with that info what you will.
