Watch Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga Pay Tribute to L.A. With 2025 Grammys Performance
The duo honored the city with a powerful performance after the devastating wildfires.
Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga paid tribute to Los Angeles at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
As a special tribute to the city following the catastrophic wildfires, Mars and Gaga performed a cover of the song "California Dreamin'" made famous by the Mamas & the Papas in 1965.
38-year-old Gaga and Mars, 39, collaborated on their chart-topping hit, “Die With a Smile,” which was released in August.
The tribute comes after Gaga’s emotional performance at the FireAid benefit concert on Jan. 30, where she performed “Shallow” and “Always Remember Us This Way” from A Star is Born along with an unreleased song she wrote with her fiancé Michael Polansky, seemingly called “All I Need is Time.”
According to CBS News, the fires across the L.A. area killed at least 28 people, destroyed more than 16,000 structures, and blazed through 76 square miles.
