Cardi B wants to remind her haters that she’s really got it like that.

On Tuesday, the rapper shared a video to her Instagram in partnership with SHEIN. Despite her affinity for luxury brands, collaborating with the fast fashion brand opened up the Grammy Award winner to criticism from her haters.

Some of her critics accused Cardi, who hasn’t released a full studio album since 2016’s Invasion of Privacy, of being financially strapped and unable to refuse opportunities.

Later that evening, Cardi hopped on a X Spaces stream to respond to her detractors and set the record straight, saying she spends “about $3 million in a month.”

“People say that I’m surviving off SHEIN deals and brand deals — wait hold on,” she said on X Spaces, per Page Six. “I want to let y’all know I could wake up tomorrow, sign a contract, and have half of $65 million — or half of $70 million – in my bank.”

"As long as my bills is paid, I can buy whatever the fuck I want whenever the fuck I want. Shit, I can go spend $500,000 on a fucking car tomorrow. I could buy me a $300,000 watch tomorrow. Bitch, I could buy your mother,” she added, per BuzzFeed.

"I'm a female rapper. I'm not a fucking Disney artist. This is what we talk about. We talk about money, we talking about bread, we talk about diamonds, we talk about whips, we talk about houses," she continued. "The shit I rap about is true."

The “Enough” rapper then tweeted a screenshot of a text thread from earlier this year discussing a hefty $65 million touring deal that would pay her upwards of $1.5 million per show during her “off” year, which saw her giving birth to her third child in September.

“I don’t want to take tour deals until I announce my album because when I announce my album I know they’re going to up it,” Cardi said during the stream. “You have to move smart. You can’t act hungry when you’re not.”

Hours earlier, Cardi responded to the backlash she faced over a scrapped song she shared to her Instagram broadcast channel.

“I already know how I'm coming next year, so I gotta focus on myself. I already had enough fun. I had my fun. I got that shit out of my fucking system and y'all just doing too much,” she added.

Cardi’s oft-delayed sophomore album, rumored to be called Defamation of Character, was expected to be released in 2024.
