Bieber’s latest album marks his first full-length effort since 2021’s Justice, which featured singles like “Holy,” “Lonely,” and “Peaches.” This album will also be his first release since parting ways from his longtime manager Scooter Braun in 2023 and since welcoming son Jack Blues Bieber with wife Hailey Bieber in August 2024.

Per THR, the 31-year-old singer went to Iceland in April to put the finishing touches on the album. It was reported that he also held jam sessions to “vibe out” with a number of musical collaborators.

Other jam sessions held in Los Angeles reportedly saw the likes of DJ Tay James, musical director HARV, producer Carter Lang and Australian artist Eddie Benjamin in attendance.

Bieber was also reported to have worked with U.K. singer-songwriter Sekou and producer Dylan Wiggins and other lesser-known songwriters he discovered via social media.
