Plies is accusing Megan Thee Stallion, GloRilla, Cardi B, and Soulja Boy of copyright infringement in a new lawsuit.

According to court documents filed on Wednesday and reviewed by TMZ, the 48-year-old rapper alleges that his 2008 track “Me & My Goons” introduced what he calls an “infrared countdown beat” that was subsequently used by Soulja for his 2010 hit “Pretty Boy Swag.”

Plies accused Megan and Glo of using the same beat on “Wanna Be” and a remix of the track featuring Cardi. According to Billboard, the original version of the track, first released in April, debuted at No. 11 on the Hot 100.

The remix with Cardi, which features a scathing verse aimed at rival BIA, helped the track rebound from No. 39 to No. 15 on the same chart in June.

Hot Girl Productions, Collipark Productions, Universal Music Group, Collective Music Group, and Interscope Records are all named as defendants in the complaint.
