Sage the Gemini Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Woman in New Police Report
Last month, TikTok user Hana Katana accused the rapper of sexual assaulting her at Chris Brown's home when she was 18.
Sage the Gemini has reportedly been accused of sexual assault.
A source with the Los Angeles Police Department tells TMZ that a woman who claims to have been sexually assaulted by the 32-year-old rapper in September 2017 filed a police report on Monday.
Per the outlet, the woman told police that she met Sage, born Dominic Wynn Woods, on social media before inviting her to Chris Brown’s house.
When she arrived at the singer’s residence, the woman said she briefly met Brown and was informed that she needed to sign an NDA.
She also allegedly insisted to law enforcement that he was not present in the house at the time of the alleged assault and was not involved in the incident.
Although TMZ’s report did not identify the woman who filed the lawsuit, the details are similar to those of 26-year-old TikTok user Hana Katana, who accused Sage of raping her at Brown’s home in a video uploaded last month.
In the TikTok, Katana alleged that Sage made her sign a paper that claimed that what happened was consensual. She also alleged that Brown had raped a friend of her’s when she was underage and under the influence.
“I don't care if I sign an NDA, I don't care if I signed this paper that said that it was consensual when it wasn't, and you fucking know that. I wonder how many fucking girls that you had signed something just like that. That is fucking diabolical,” Katana said on her TikTok video, which has since amassed 4.5 million views. “The fact that you had that paper brought out right after is so fucking sickening and it tells me that you've done this before, that something else has happened.”
Sage appeared to respond to the allegations on his Instagram Story shortly after Katana’s video went viral, writing, “i ain’t turning shit off lol only people she not Lyin to is the police cuz they don’t give out careers! #FindANewHustle”
