50 Cent has opened up about why he's been so vocal when it comes to the allegations surrounding Sean 'Diddy' Combs.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Fif spoke about the countless projects he's working on, including a Netflix docuseries about Diddy. When asked what attracted him to produce such a project, he said it made sense because of his place in hip-hop and his experience producing series such as Power.

"I’m the only person in hip-hop culture that has produced any hit television. Why wouldn’t I be the person to produce it?" he said. "And I’m not on the tapes. See, some of the people who have been around in the culture who are not saying anything—that’s because they’ve been to the parties, [and] they don’t know what part of their experiences are on tape. So it keeps them quiet and it looks like I’m the only guy, but I’ve been [saying] for years that something’s not right."

50 Cent has repeatedly claimed that Diddy recorded tapes of his infamous parties, some of which have been referred to as "freak offs" in the various lawsuits filed against the Bad Boy Records founder. Diddy is facing numerous lawsuits accusing him of abuse, sexual assault, and trafficking.

Earlier this year, 50 Cent confirmed that his production studio, G-Unit Film and Television, sold a docuseries about Diddy to Netflix following a bidding war. "NETFLIX wins the bidding war but if more victims keep coming out I'm gonna need more episodes," he wrote on Instagram.
