Kid Cudi Testifies His Dog Was ‘Jittery’ After Diddy Broke Into His Home Amid Cassie Relationship
Kid Cudi testified at Diddy's trial, confirming that he dated Cassie in 2011.
During his testimony at Diddy's sex trafficking and racketeering trial, Kid Cudi testified that the disgraced music mogul broke into his home after learning about his relationship with Cassie.
"I had a break-in," Cudi said, per Inner City Press reporter Matthew Russell Lee. "Cassie called me at 5:30 or 6 a.m. She said Sean Combs had found out about us. She asked me to pick her up. So I did. ... She was worried. ... Very stressed and worried."
Cudi said he also spoke with Diddy's former assistant, Capricorn Clark, who sounded as though she was "near tears" and told him that Diddy was "in the car" near his home. Cudi called Diddy, who told him he was "waiting" for him. There were security cameras at the scene, but he found out "they weren't working" and "had been moved." Cudi said he did not move them himself.
When he got back to his property, he found his dog "locked up in the bathroom." After the break-in, Cudi testified that his dog's behavior changed and they became "jittery, on edge all the time."
