Kodak Black Calls Ye a 'Real One' After Concerning Video of Him in Street
Kodak Black sparked concern after a video of him behaving strangely circulated online.
Kodak Black responded to Kanye West, after the self-declared "Nazi" offered to help the rapper.
A recent clip circulating online, which can be seen below, showed Kodak in an alarming state, as he sat in the middle of a street and ate what appeared to be fried chicken. People were alarmed by the video, including Ye, who said that he was willing to help Kodak.
"I know y'all think I'm going through something right now... But, I just saw a video of Kodak," Ye said in a video he posted on social media. "And I wouldn't want nobody to do an intervention on me, that's why I wanted to put this video up. 'Cause y'all might think, 'Ye is really going through it right now, somebody need to go get him.' ... I am telling you calmly that I am in a good space. I'm really in a positive space, it's cathartic. I got my ideas out that's all that happened and that was very freeing for me and it's worth everything to do that."
Ye referred to Kodak, who he has previously collaborated with, as his "brother" and said he felt a "calling" to help him after seeing the clip. "I thought, 'Man, I should go down to Miami and maybe I could be the person that makes the difference.' And, that's what I'm about to do right now," he continued.
During a recent Instagram Live stream, Kodak responded to Ye's concern and thanked the rapper, who recently admitted he has "hit women before."
"I fuck with Ye, Kanye a real one," he said during the stream, as seen in the clip below. "You know why he a real one? ... Kanye the only n***a still fuck with Diddy, 'cause he know he ain't gay... Why I fuck with Kanye? 'Cause he know what he feel like, people be on bullshit... I'm pretty sure the feds 'gon probably like seize all that boy accounts. Kanye just did some real shit. You know what, I'ma do a collab with you, so bro can get some money and shit still."
Kodak has a long history of substance abuse, and just last year, said that he's "never sober." Ye, meanwhile, has had a flurry of activity on Twitter in recent days, where he expressed support for Diddy, who is in jail on sex trafficking charges. He has received backlash for releasing a replica of the hoodie Cassie wore in a disturbing 2016 video that shows Diddy assaulting her. He also trashed the late Virgil Abloh and said that he loves Adolf Hitler. Ye's Twitter account has since been deactivated.
