Sexyy Red is one of St. Louis’ biggest stars, and she’s offering to help her hometown in any way she can following the devastating tornado that struck last week.

“St. Louis, my heart is with you,” the rapper wrote in a post shared on Instagram. “Idc what nobody say this the city that made me who I am so this is personal!! I have major plans to help us out I got us period just be patient and please stay strong. Let me know what y’all need so I can help out for now.”

On Tuesday (May 20) St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer gave a press conference about the damage wrought by the tornado, which reached winds of up to 152 mph and stretched as wide as a mile.

“There aren’t words. Whole entire sides, fronts, backs, tops of homes are missing. People have wrapped their personal belongings in Saran wrap,” Spencer said, per St. Louis Magazine. “It is unbelievable what people are going through now.”

While she said that the city is making “a Herculean effort,” she conceded that it’s “not possible to address all the needs.”

St. Louis residents are still awaiting relief efforts from the federal and state levels. FEMA, the State Emergency Management Agency, and the U.S. Small Business Administration will be in the city for three days for “preliminary damage assessment.”

The National Guard already has a small presence in the city to assist recovery efforts, which is mostly being led by volunteers right now. A curfew remains in effect.

KDSK reports that St. Louis Aldermanic President Megan Green said some of the $294 million of settlement funds the city received from the Rams following the franchise’s departure from the city could go toward relief efforts.

“Everything—including the Rams settlement—is on the table,” she said.
