Trick Daddy is not happy about losing access to Pornhub next year.

During a recent Instagram Live stream, the 50-year-old Miami rapper shared his thoughts on the news that Pornhub will be blocked in Florida from January 1, 2025, because of new state legislation requiring age verification of identification to access pornographic websites. Instead of complying with state legislation, Pornhub's parent company, Aylo, won't be doing business in Florida anymore.

"Y'all take Pornhub off the internet in Florida, I'm out of here. I love y'all but if they take Pornhub out of Florida, I'm out of here, I swear to God. I'm gone. 14 days," he shared. "If you get rid of Pornhub, it's a Florida without the Trick Daddy Dollar."

Earlier this year, as reported by CBS News, the Florida Legislature passed the HB-3 bill in March, requiring users to provide proof of identification such as a driver's license to access pornographic or age-restricted content. In a statement provided to Florida Politics, Aylo described the age verification methods as "ineffective, haphazard and dangerous." They cited the requirement for users to provide "highly sensitive personal information" as the reason for their decision to not comply, suggesting that user safety is a major concern.

Florida will become the 13th state in the United States where Pornhub is blocked. Previous states that have faced a block include Texas, Virginia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Louisiana, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Nebraska.

Some users will be greeted with a warning about the company's decision to not comply with the different state legislatures.

"Did you know that your government wants you to give your driver's license before you can access PORNHUB?" the warning reads. "As crazy as that sounds, it's true. You'll be required to prove you are 18 years or older such as by uploading your government ID for every adult content website you'd like to access. We don't want minors accessing our site and think preventing that from happening is a good thing. But putting everybody's privacy at risk won't achieve that."
