Doechii has been tapped as the newest face of Samsung’s Galaxy Z series, joining forces with the tech giant to spotlight the latest innovations in its foldable smartphone lineup.

In an official company announcement, Samsung revealed the partnership, with Doechii front and center in showcasing what the Galaxy Z Fold7 can do.

Her campaign with the brand officially launched on Friday, July 25.

Unveiled earlier this month during Galaxy Unpacked, the new Galaxy Z Fold7 and Galaxy Z Flip7 are smaller, sleeker, and more advanced than ever before. To match the cutting-edge vibe of the devices, Samsung called on Doechii to help bring their foldables to life through music, style, and storytelling.

In the ad spot, Doechii is seen utilizing the Galaxy Z Fold7’s expansive screen to juggle multiple creative tasks simultaneously. The feature highlight? Audio Eraser—Samsung’s AI-powered tool that wipes out background noise from videos, letting her edit clean content with ease.

She’s not alone in the campaign. Before teaming up with the rapper, Samsung also brought in Hollywood content creator Dylan Efron and #TeamGalaxy staple Jaden Smith. Efron uses his Fold7 to manage a cross-country schedule with workouts and his dog Booey in tow, while Smith leans on the device to create and manage his fashion brand, MSFTSrep.

According to Olga Suvorova, Samsung Electronics America’s Chief Marketing Officer for Mobile eXperience, the trio—Doechii, Dylan, and Jaden—embody the spirit of the Galaxy Z series: creative, unconventional, and forward-thinking.

“Much like our foldables, they’re creative, not afraid to stand out, and demand innovation,” she said in a statement accompanying the official campaign announcement.

Throughout the campaign, the Galaxy Z series is positioned as a tool that matches the pace and evolution of artists like Doechii, using transitions and high-impact visuals to highlight how the technology supports creativity across every facet of their lives.
