Watch DJ Snake's New Video for "SG" f/ Megan Thee Stallion, Ozuna, and Blackpink's Lisa
The French producer began teasing the collaborative track back in May, when he tagged Blackpink and Lisa's official accounts in an Instagram story.
DJ Snake has released the official video for “SG”—his much-anticipated track featuring Megan Thee Stallion, Ozuna, and Lisa of Blackpink.
The French producer began teasing the record back in May, when he hinted at a collaboration with Lisa. Fast-forward to mid-September, when Ozuna told MTV News he and DJ Snake had another joint track on deck.
“DJ Snake, Megan Thee Stallion, BLACKPINK and Ozuna, coming up next,” he said on the 2021 VMAs red carpet.
Several weeks later, DJ Snake posted a cryptic tweet that suggested the song in question was nearly done: “BKP + MTS + SNK + [teddy bear emoji] 97%.”
Though fans were quick to decipher the post, it wasn’t until Oct. 13 when DJ Snake confirmed the song’s title as well as the other featured artists. He also shared a clip of the “SG” music video, directed by Colin Tilley of Boy in the Castle production company.
You can watch the “SG” (Sexy Girl) video via YouTube above or stream the international track now on Apple Music or Spotify. It’s unclear if the song is a standalone release or part of the DJ’s follow-up to 2019’s Carte Blanche.
“SG” arrives more than a month after Lisa released her debut single album Lalisa. She spoke about the effort during a recent appearance on Complex’s GOAT TALK, revealing her favorite lyrics in the project.
Megan has also released a steady stream of records over the last couple of months, including “Dolla Sign Slime” off Lil Nas X’s Montero album, as well as the Maluma-assisted “Crazy Family” for the The Addams Family 2 soundtrack.
