Here's Logic's New Track "Keanu Reeves"
The Maryland MC premiered the track about nine months ago during the Movin' On Festival.
Logic salutes Keanu Reeves in his latest single called, well, “Keanu Reeves.”
The Maryland rapper released the track on Thursday night, about nine months after he debuted it during the Movin' On Festival at Penn State.
The track is full of braggadocious lines about private jets, poppin’ bottles, courtside seats, and women; however, the cockiness is balanced out by some self-deprecating humor:
“Did you know I'm mixed like Obama?/It ain't a project if Logic ain't talkin' 'bout being biracial.”
“When them soccer moms pull up in they van while I rid/Like, ‘Oh my God, children, it's the 1-800 guy!’”
The track was produced by Logic’s frequent collaborator 6ix. It’s unclear if “Keanu Reeves” is a loosie or if it’ll land on one of Logic’s upcoming projects.
You can stream the song now on Apple Music/iTunes, YouTube, and Spotify.
Logic is set to perform at Boston Calling 2019 alongside Travis Scott, Anderson .Paak, Sheck Wes, and more. The event will go down May 24-26 at the Harvard Athletic Complex.
