Drake Hops on the Remix of Summer Walker's "Girls Need Love"
The original track appeared on Walker's 2018 debut album, 'Last Day of Summer.'

On Wednesday, the OVO boss announced he had teamed up with Summer Walker on a remix of "Girls Need Love." The original version, produced by Arsenio Archer, appeared on Summer's 2018 debut album Last Day of Summer, and addresses a woman's desire for romantic affection:
"OMG I can’t believe this is really happening!" the R&B singer wrote on social media prior to the remix being released. "Thank you so much @Drake!"
You can stream the Drizzy-assisted "Girls Need Love" remix now on major streaming serivces, including Apple Music/iTunes and Spotify.
The record marks Drake's first new verse of 2019 and arrives nearly two weeks after he re-released So Far Gone on streaming services. The decade-old mixtape is considered the Toronto rapper's seminal project, as it includes his earliest hits "Best I Ever Had" and "Successful" featuring Trey Songz and Lil Wayne. Upon its release, So Far Gone nabbed the No. 5 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, marking Drake's 10th consecutive top 10 debut.
