Toni Braxton Has Reportedly Cut Sister Traci From Upcoming Tour

It appears family drama has spilled over to Toni Braxton’s upcoming tour.

According to TMZ, Toni is scheduled to hit the road for a North American trek in support of her Sex & Cigarettes studio album. Her sisters Tamar and Traci signed on to be the opening acts; however, the latter sibling was reportedly dropped from the bill earlier this week. Though Toni has not provided any explanation for the change, sources tell TMZ that it was made at Tamar’s request.

Those who have been keeping up with the Braxtons know there has been a lot of recent drama between Tamar and her sisters regarding their reality show, Braxton Family Values. Tamar has reportedly become upset over the way her estranged husband, Vincent Herbert, is being portrayed on the show and the ways that her family is treating him.

Tamar’s camp says she had nothing to do with Traci getting the boot. And it seems unlikely that Traci voluntarily dropped out of the tour, as she was expected to perform new songs from her upcoming album.

There are a lot of unanswered questions at this time, but we assume the details of this drama will be featured on their WE tv series.
