Travis Scott Shuts Down Cheating Allegations Following Split With Kylie Jenner
Scott and Jenner reportedly called it quits several weeks ago.
Travis Scott wants the world to know he was faithful to Kylie Jenner—despite rumors to the contrary.
Shortly after it was reported that Scott and Jenner had ended their two-year relationship, people began speculating that infidelity had played a role. However, the ASTROWORLD rapper refuted those rumors Friday night.
"It'[s] really affecting when u see false things said about u," he wrote in an Instagram story, "once again these false stories about me cheating are just simply not true. Focusing on life, music, and family at this moment is what's real."
The cheating rumors were fueled by Scott's latest single "Highest in the Room," in which he touched on the ways touring life had impacted his relationship.
"She saw my eyes, she know I'm gone/I see some things that you might fear," he rapped. "I’m doin' a show, I'll be back soon/That ain't what she wanna hear."
It's important to note, however, that Scott premiered "Highest in the Room" well before he and Jenner had called it quits.
Jenner recently spoke out about the drama surrounding her and relationship with Scott, insisting they were still on good terms and would continue to co-parent their daughter, Stormi. The makeup mogul also shut down recent rumors about an alleged "2am date" with her ex Tyga.
