Brent Faiyaz Releases Video for "Price of Fame," Shares Details About New Album 'Wasteland'

Brent Faiyaz has officially dropped off “Price of Fame” and its accompanying video.

Shot by Bobby Banks and edited by Lonewolf, Keef Jojo, and Banks, the new visual is an amalgamation of different footage of the singer, pieced with various animated effects. The video doubles as a documentary teaser for Faiyaz’s upcoming album, Wasteland.

In addition to the video, he’s also announced that his project will release on July 8 via his Lost Kids label. Wasteland will feature previously released songs “Gravity” with Tyler, the Creator and DJ Dahi, and “Wasting Time” with Drake and The Neptunes. Elsewhere, the album will feature Alicia Keys, Raphael Saadiq, and Tre Amani, and contributions from Jordan Waré and The-Dream. The project is also executive produced by Jonathan “Freeze” Wells.
