Britney Spears Applauds Son Jayden's Piano Skills: 'So Sick'

Britney Spears raved about her son, Jayden James’ piano skills in a rare video.

On Monday night, the pop icon took to her Instagram page to share the clip, which shows the 18-year-old playing the piano in her home. "WOW WOW WOW !!!" she captioned the video. Spears can also be heard calling his talents “so sick.”

In another video, Spears continually applauds Jayden’s abilities as he mumbles. "My son just played, oh my God! I felt it in my bones, and my heart, and my lungs, and my ass, and my throat and I'm scared!" she exclaims.

At one point, Jayden says, “Yes sir,” before Britney yells, “Hello!” a few times.

"He's a genius and I'm in awe of him !!! I can’t believe he’s mine !!! I was honestly scared that’s not normal !!!" she captioned the second clip.

This marks Spears’ second meeting with Jayden, a few months after they reunited on Christmas. Jayden is the younger of Spears’ two sons; her other child, Sean Preston is 19. 

“Best Christmas of my life !!! I haven’t seen my boys in 2 years,” she captioned an IG video at the time. “Tears of joy and literally in shock everyday koo koo crazy so in love and blessed !!! I’m speechless thank you Jesus !!!”

While her caption implied she saw both of her sons, Sean didn’t appear in the video.

Spears was largely estranged from her kids during their teenage years when they lived with their father, Kevin Federline. However, she seems to be rebuilding her relationship with them. Last year, she spoke to her children on the phone for Mother’s Day, and Jayden visited his mom in Los Angeles last November.

Federline moved their kids from California to Hawaii in 2023 with his wife, Victoria Prince. According to TMZ, Jayden recently moved back to California.
