Chris Brown and Yella Beezy Hit With Two Lawsuits After Alleged Assault at '11:11' Tour Stop (UPDATE)
TMZ reports that the incident happened backstage at the show on July 20.
UPDATED 7/26, 8:25 p.m. ET: Yella Beezy is fighting back against the $50 million lawsuit that he and Chris Brown were hit with following the alleged backstage incident on the singer's 11:11 tour.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Beezy has enlisted the attorney services of Daryl K. Washington and has denied all the allegations against him. Washington claimed Beezy didn't take part in any beatdown and is confused as to why he was even mentioned in the lawsuit in the first place.
"Based on the information that we know, the lawsuit that includes Markies Conway, or Yella Beezy, is frivolous and without merit..." Washington said in a statement. "[Yella Beezy] was not involved in any incident, did not have any contact with the Plaintiffs, and does not understand why he is named party in the lawsuit or the temporary restraining order that was clearly filed before all facts were obtained and verified."

UPDATED 7/24, 11:30 p.m. ET: Another lawsuit has been filed against Chris Brown and Yella Beezy in connection to the July 20 backstage incident that led to the first suit.
According to TMZ Hip Hop, Frederick R. Overpeck, 58, alleges in his lawsuit that he was working as a security guard for the backstage meet-and-greet at Dickies Arena when the altercation occurred. Overpeck seemingly confirmed the account in the first suit, in which Brown is accused of ordering several men in his crew to beat up a man named Charles Bush because the two had an unresolved feud.
Overpeck claims he saw one of the alleged victims get squashed like a bug by a 300-pound man in the singer's crew.
When Overpeck tried to intervene, he was allegedly punched and kicked by members of Brown's entourage. He allegedly suffered a cracked vertebrae, as well as a severely injured hip.
Overpeck is seeking at least $15 million in damages.

Chris Brown and Yella Beezy have found themselves in hot water, amidst the 11:11 Tour.
TMZ reports that the two artists, a man from Brown’s team, Sinko Ceej, and Live Nation have been hit with a lawsuit from four men who attended C. Breezy’s tour stop in Fort Worth, Texas.
According to legal documents, the four plaintiffs—Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell—have accused Brown of arranging an assault on them while backstage at the show on July 20.
The men are seeking $50 million in damages, and have also filed restraining orders against Brown, Beezy, and Ceej.
The plaintiffs allege that they were invited to go backstage to meet Brown, who took his time arriving at the VIP area. The men were about to leave—that is, until the singer finally showed up. The lawsuit says that Bush went to shake hands with Brown—who appreciated the gesture—and congratulate him.
Bush says that someone from Chris’ entourage suddenly yelled, "Man you don't remember you two were beefing?" Brown allegedly replied, "Oh yeah, we were. What's up, n***a? I don't forget shit.” Bush says Brown directed seven to 10 men from his crew to beat up Bush, which purportedly included him getting a chair thrown at his head.
Bush then alleged that Brown told Beezy and others to “fuck up” Parker, who says he was punched and kicked for over 10 minutes, as Brown urged everyone in his entourage to take part.
The men claim that they sustained injuries from the attack, and have had to endure medical treatments. Their attorney, Tony Buzbee, claims that one of the men is still hospitalized.
