Drake Shouts Out PlaqueBoyMax on Adin Ross Stream, Calls Him a 'Good Guy'
Drizzy and Max experienced tension after the 6 God indicated he was a fan of Fivio Foreign's PlaqueBoy diss track.
Drake has love for PlaqueBoyMax.
During his stream with Adin Ross on Sunday (April 13), the pair discussed the FaZe Clan and Max’s name came up.
“You know Max, obviously,” Adin said to Drizzy at the 1:03:35 hour mark.
“Yeah, of course, he responded. “You talking about PlaqueBoy?”
When Ross confirmed, Drake smiled and said, “I fuck with PlaqueBoy.”
“He’s cool,” Ross said, which prompted the 6 God to call Max a “good guy.” He added, “We had a funny convo one time.”
It’s unclear what conversation Drake is referring to. It might be related to the fallout after his touring DJ, Gordo posted Drake to his Instagram Story, soundtracked by Fivio Foreign's Plaqueboymax diss track, “PlaqueBoyMax” in January.
The post indicated that Drake is a fan of Fivio’s song, which he made while he and Max were beefing. Then in February, Drake mentioned PlaqueBoy during a stream with Ross.
"I was watching like Plaqueboymax," he said. "I was watching him in a live studio session or some shit and I was like, 'Yo, Adin would troll me so hard for watching this.' I watched it for an hour."
When Max caught wind of Drake’s comments, he said he didn’t appreciate the Toronto rapper’s tone.
"I don't like how he said shit," Max said. "What are you laughing at? I didn't fuck with that shit. Why would Adin troll you for watching me?"
PlaqueBoy later revealed he and Drake chatted after the incident and shouted out the For All the Dogs rapper.
