Clark County Deputy District Attorney David Schubert, the man responsible for prosecuting Bruno Mars and Paris Hilton for the possession of cocaine, has been booked for the possession of cocaine.

The only update is that he's been released from Clark County Detention Center. Talk about an ironic turn of events.

UPDATE: The D.A. would purchase cocaine up to four times a week. He was snitched on by his drug dealer after a brief police chase.
