Kanye West called himself the "number one artist of the past ten years" in a recent interview. How accurate that statement is might be up for debate, but there is no denying Kanye's tremendous impact on culture, music, and fashion during this past decade. As proof of his influence, author Julian Bailey has written a book titled The Cultural Impact Of Kanye West. The synopsis says it all:
