You can always count on Omarion to come through with a smooth record that accentuates his thirst for the bedroom, especially with his recent alignment with Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group.

"Bumpin & Grindin" is no different, as producer TeeFlii lays down a simple backdrop for Omarion to croon over. The track is short but sweet, and it's another one O can tally up as he looks to rebuild his name in the wake of some lean musical years.

Along with appearing on MMG's upcoming compilation Self Made Vol. 3, Omarion is currently at work on his solo album, Love & Other Drugs.
