Chicago Rapper King Yella Holds Chest, Falls Over After Drinking Crown Royal Throughout Interview
The rapper was downing a bottle of Crown Royal throughout the two-hour chat.
Chicago rapper King Yella couldn't handle his liquor and completely passed out during a recent interview.
The "No Love City" artist had a two-hour conversation on YouTube channel Cam Capone News, which was posted on Monday (August 11). Throughout the conversation, Yella took swigs from a Crown Royal bottle, which had him intoxicated by the two-hour mark. By the end of the conversation, Capone was showing Yella a video of Tory Lanez being stabbed during a prison brawl in May, which the rapper claimed to be unaware of.
"He's stabbing the shit out his eye," Yella said while watching Lanez be assaulted by Santino Casio in the video.
After taking a final swig, Yella placed the bottle on the table, gritted his teeth and began pounding his chest as if he were in pain. When Capone asked for his reaction to the video, all Yella could muster was "bro" and "What the fuck?" before coughing and falling out of his chair.
The camera crew immediately ran to assist Yella, but the video ended before viewers could see the aftermath. As TMZ noted, Yella seemingly responded to those who laughed at the video on his Instagram Stories, writing, "Yall think everything a joke I hate the internet yall be so fuqed up on my soul."
As for Lanez being viciously stabbed, the Canadian artist's lawyers and close family members have pushed for him to be released from prison. Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, is currently serving a ten-year sentence for shooting rapper Megan Thee Stallion in July 2020.
Lanez has since been relocated from California Correctional Institution to the California Men’s Colony following the incident, in which he was stabbed fourteen times. Casio claimed he was acting in "self-defense" and alleged that he saw a weapon on Lanez's pocket.
