Keyshia Cole is taking her time when it comes to removing her chest tattoo dedicated to ex-boyfriend Hunxho.

The couple briefly dated last year, although the relationship ended shortly after Memphis, Tennessee, rapper Gloss Up claimed that she and the "Your Friends" artist were still involved.

On Thursday (May 29), Cole addressed her Hunxho tattoo The Breakfast Club, confirming that it had not yet been removed.

"Am I ready to move on? No. I still got the tattoo here," Cole said while clutching her chest.

Cole caught offense at co-host DJ Envy saying that she "loves fast," and explained that there's "something built" before going public with someone.

Co-host Loren Lorosa doubled back to the topic of Cole's tattoo, asking the singer if she's "hoping to rekindle" with Hunxho.

"Well I'm not dating, so it's not like I'm dating some dude and I'm sitting across the table and I got him on my chest," Cole said. "I guess I've got too much work to do right now."

After naming off her busy schedule, including her tour and the upcoming BET Awards, Cole further explained why removing the tattoo isn't important to her right now.

"I'm not in a rush to get no tattoo covered up right now," she said. "I'm not in a rush to date right now, I just want to appreciate the moment for what it is right now."

Cole also addressed the tattoo on HOT 97, saying around the 50-minute mark that she wouldn't date anyone while an ex's name was tattooed on her.

"That's just weird energy," Cole said. "It's unresolved."
