Meghan Trainor doesn't want fans to make the same cosmetic enhancement mistake she did.

The pop singer dished about regretting Botox during the Nov. 20 episode of podcast Workin' On It with Meghan Trainor & Ryan Trainor with her husband, actor Daryl Sabara, as a guest.

Early in the episode, around the 6:30-minute mark, the "Made You Look" artist revealed that she could no longer smile because of the facial procedure.

“To to all my fellow girlies out there, who's in your 30s out there, hi—I got too much Botox and I need help," Trainor said. "I messed up. Listen, I've had Botox, like a handful of times, just a few times, just up here, just my forehead. And someone convinced me with my little lips that if you did a lip flip, you put filler right above your upper lip, that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip."

She continued, "And I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living. It was not true, right? And also, I cannot smile anymore."

Trainor showed her brother and husband her limit on "as big as I can smile," encouraging listers to "go on YouTube to watch this."

"And now I can't unsee it. And everywhere I go, I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try," she said.

Trainor recalled taking pictures the day before at a dog shelter and in one picture, she didn't look happy while holding a dog. "I look like I smelled someone's fart," she said.

"You know what this did teach me? It taught me my smile does light up a room. And when it's not there, it is a dim light," she continued. "Somebody help me!"

The singer claims to be taking "vibrators" to her upper lip to get rid of the toxin but that she's now decided to have breast augmentation surgery, saying she has "leftover mommy boobs."

Cosmetic procedures are the norm in Hollywood, where stars like Selena Gomez and Sofía Vergara have spoken about getting Botox to protect their face from sagging and wrinkles.
