Missy Elliott Says She Was Suffering From 'Worst' Migraine Before Usher Helped Her: 'Yes He Do It All'

Usher used one of his learned wellness techniques on the "Work It" artist.

Usher came to Missy Elliott's rescue during the Atlanta date of the Out of This World Tour.

Last Saturday (July 27), Usher was in attendance at the show, held at State Farm Arena, when he visited Missy backstage and alleviated a migraine that she was having. On Tuesday (July 30), Missy posted on X about the sweet visit, where Usher did pressure points to relieve her excruciating headache.

"Big up my fam @Usher who came to not just one of my shows but TWO & hopefully 3," Missy wrote. "what ppl don’t know is I suffer migraines and I performed yesterday in ATL with the WORST migraine nauseated & all & he came back stage & did pressure points on my hands yes he do it all."

Usher's been a wellness buff for years, and in a Wall Street Journal interview that was published last month, the R&B singer shared that he incorporates fasting, meditation, and yoga into his routine.

"I try to wake up early enough to have a moment of reflection. Some days I may grab a book and read to stimulate my mind," he told the publication. "I may sit quietly and meditate. One thing that is a frequent practice is yoga. It really does help to activate my organs and get my mind moving in the right direction—as Tony Robbins would say, 'make my move,' you know what I mean?"

Also stopping by the Out of This World concert in Atlanta last weekend were fellow singers Monica and Kandi Burruss, both who've collaborated with Missy in the past. The tour, which includes Ciara and Busta Rhymes as supporting acts, continues until Aug. 23.
