Stream Travis Scott's New Single "4x4"
The track marks Travis' first solo release since 2023.
Travis Scott has released his much-anticipated single “4x4.”
Fans first heard the track on January 4, when Scott performed it during the College Football Playoff National Championship Halftime Show at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
“Four-by-four, I tint my windows up,” he rapped over the Tay Keith-produced beat. “Damn, my bro, he did it, one-and-done/Out my closet, that s**t none-of-none/That’s a vibe, that’s a one-of-one.”
The Houston rapper confirmed the song would hit streaming services by the end of the week and was part of a philanthropic initiative aimed at supporting Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts.
“4x4” was accompanied by a small merch collection that included a short-sleeve tee and cut-and-sew zip-up hoodie. Both pieces were emblazoned with eagle graphics and the Los Angeles Fire Department abbreviation. All proceeds from the apparel and physical copy sales will benefit Direct Relief’s California Wildfire Response Fund. You can shop the collection at Travis’ website.
You can stream “4x4” — which recently became the Monday Night RAW theme song — on all major platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify.
“4x4” marks Scott’s first solo effort since his 2023 studio album Utopia. It’s unclear if the song is a standalone or part of the rapper’s long-awaited Utopia follow-up. Scott teased his next project in a 2024 interview with Cultured magazine, reassuring fans he was in “album mode.” He also promised a “new chapter” while promoting his headlining sets for Coachella 2025.
“New chapter, new performance, new Coachella by La Flame and Cactus Jack,” he wrote in a November 20 Instagram. “First of it’s kind. PS, y’all got till April, cause I’m coming.”
