Fat Joe and Remy Ma plan to release a joint album later this year. Although there is no word of a title or release date, yet, it is clear that the two have already gotten to work on it and have even started filming a music video for a track titled "All the Way Up" featuring Fat Joe, Remy Ma, and French Montana.
