Earlier this week, the former co-owner of The Source revealed that he's relaunched his OnlyFans under the "King Zeno" moniker. The reason behind the change? His ironclad dedication to fitness.

"The only reason I got OnlyFans is because I work out," Benzino said, per AllHipHop. "So I like to show my body."

According to reports, his page features shirtless photos, workout clips, and progress pics showcasing the results of his training. While he initially launched the account in 2020, Benzino appears more committed than ever to sharing his fitness journey with fans.

The rapper-turned-media personality has been candid about his health regimen, telling interviewers last year that hitting the gym has made him feel better than ever.

"These last few months I've been hitting the gym like I never had before," he said at the time. "It feels amazing. There's nothing that these younger guys are doing that I can't do, and that alone feels good."

Benzino even found himself in the middle of a viral moment earlier this year when social media users compared his physique to Drake's amid rumors the Toronto rapper had undergone cosmetic ab work. He quickly shut down the chatter, urging fans to use real gym photos instead of doctored ones.

"The next time you post a pic of me comparing me to @drake make sure yall don't use a photoshopped one off the internet," he said. "I got a bunch of dope gym pics on here you can use. Keep in mind I'll be 60 in 2 weeks, so make it make sense, you weirdos."
