Akademiks has responded to Ab-Soul dissing him on his new song, where he addressed the beef between Joey Badass and several West Coast artists.

Ab-Soul threatens to slap Ak on the track, which obviously didn't sit well with the internet personality.

"Sounds amazing," Akademiks tweeted. "Just remind that n***a they won't throw a funeral for him like Nipsey. keep rapping lil n***a we ain't see u slap nothing yet."

Soul released the untitled track on his Instagram page on Tuesday, and it finds him delivering a warning shot in the beef between Joey and the West Coast. He doesn't take any direct shots at Joey, but he does reference how he's an elite rapper, and threatens to bring back the beloved Black Hippy collective, which consists of himself, Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q, and Jay Rock.

The new song is the latest in a barrage of diss tracks released over the last few weeks between Joey Bada$$ and various West Coast rappers. The last one arrived from Joey, titled "CRASH DUMMY," in which he baited Kendrick Lamar once again and addressed the allegations Ray Vaughn made on "GoldenEye."

Vaughn alleged that Joey was seen at Diddy’s “freak-offs,” which were drug-fueled parties the music mogul held that are now the focus of his highly publicized sex trafficking trial. Joey turned the tables on Vaughn by claiming he saw Top Dawg Entertainment boss Anthony "Top Dog" Tiffith at Diddy's crib and had a conversation with him about helping Vaughn's career.
