Travis Scott and his JACKBOYS collective have returned to the top of the Billboard 200 with their latest release, JACKBOYS 2.

According to Billboard, the album debuted at No. 1 in its first week, earning 232,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. Of those, 160,000 came from pure album sales, making it the top-selling album of the week.

Streaming Equivalent Albums (SEA) accounted for 72,000 units, driven by 94.86 million on-demand official streams of the album's songs. The project also landed at No. 4 on the Top Streaming Albums chart.

The high pure sales number likely came because the album was released in multiple formats, including a seven-track digital and vinyl edition, a 17-track streaming version, and a deluxe 20-track version made available on the final day of Billboard's tracking period. The JACKBOYS webstore featured multiple exclusive items too, including vinyl variants, boxed sets packaged with branded clothing, and special CD and download versions.

JACKBOYS 2 was in a highly competitive race in the top 10 of the Billboard 200, which saw five debuts this week. Justin Bieber's surprise album SWAG landed at No. 2 with his biggest streaming week ever, while Clipse's first album in nearly 16 years, Let God Sort Em Out, arrived at No. 4.

Pusha T appeared to have some bars for Travis Scott on "So Be It" off Let God Sort Em Out, where he seemingly referenced Scott's 2023 album Utopia and the Texas rapper's ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner. Things took a dramatic turn turn when Pusha confirmed he was talking about Travis and questioned Scott's loyalty in several interviews.
