Jane Doe Claims Diddy's 'Hotel Nights' Led to Repeated Nipple Infections and Frequent UTIs

The woman testifying under the pseudonym "Jane Doe” against Sean “Diddy” Combs’ in his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering trial has detailed some of the physical and emotional suffering she claimed resulted from her relationship with the music mogul.

Speaking to a packed courtroom earlier this week, Doe described how physically demanding and painful the “hotel nights”—which she likened to “freak-offs”—were with Diddy between May 2021 and October 2023. The "hotel nights," Doe said, would last for days, involved drugs and baby oil, and were organized by Diddy. According to Doe’s testimony, she participated in these sexual encounters to please Diddy, despite the toll on her body.

When asked during her testimony if she suffered any infections during the alleged "hotel nights" she experienced with the disgraced mogul, Doe claimed she frequently contracted UTI and yeast infections. When asked how often she'd contract a UTI after the hotel nights, she answered, "almost every night."

Doe also told the jury she frequently experienced soreness in her pelvic area and back pain after each “hotel night,” which she said could last for hours. Jane also described suffering from recurring urinary tract infections that required antibiotics. Despite the discomfort, she said she often kept the pain to herself and continued with the sexual activities, sometimes taking ecstasy to endure the experiences.

Doe also testified that she got her nipples pierced at Diddy’s request. The piercings eventually caused her to bleed and led to infections after getting caught in her lingerie. She removed them after a year, but claimed Diddy was upset, telling her he never wanted to see her without them again. She described the pain from the alleged nipple piercings as feeling like a "rodent bit on" them "really hard."

In addition to highlighting the physicality of the hotel nights, Doe also claimed the sexual encounters continued up until a month before Diddy’s arrest in New York. In another part of her testimony, Doe claimed that Diddy wanted her to participate in an “All Star Party” where he watched her have sex with three men.
