Lizzo took a shot at President Donald Trump during her appearance on Saturday Night Live.

Over the weekend, Lizzo made her return to the show, and used the moment to protest Trump's tariffs

While performing a medley of hits, including "Love in Real Life" and "Still Bad,"  Lizzo wore a back t-shirt with the word "TARIFFIED" written in red print.

She then returned at the show's end with host Jon Hamm and wore another black shirt that read, "BLACK WOMEN WERE RIGHT." Lizzo's guest appearance on SNL was her first since 2022 and her fourth one in total.

The 36-year-old also used her time on the show to promote her upcoming album, Love in Real Life. Last month, Lizzo confirmed the album was complete with an Instagram post and a caption highlighting her accomplishments over the last few weeks.

"ALBUM IS DONE YALL!" she captioned the photo of herself in the studio. "ASTROLOGY EXPERTS Do my mercury got micro braids? Cus I got an emergency root canal, announced SNL & finished my album all in one day today."

Lizzo's last album, Special, came in 2022 and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. The album was led by the single "About Damn Time" which topped the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1.
