UPDATE: Rocko has given this whole story a little more credence, letting out a few choice Tweets:
Following the recent public outcry, Rick Ross’ controversial verse on Rocko’s “U.O.E.N.O.” might be on its way out. According to DJ Folk, Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar are slated to appear on the remix, possibly in place of Ross’ original verse.
In case you missed it, the dispute comes from Ross’ line “Put molly all in her champagne, she ain’t even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain’t even know it,” which many saw as romanticizing date rape. Stay tuned updates as the story develops.
