Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura has returned to Instagram with a funny post about postpartum depression just months after giving birth to her third child and testifying against her ex, Sean “Diddy” Combs, in his recent sex trafficking trial.

On Thursday, August 7, Ventura, 38, shared a meme by @momswithplans to her Instagram story that shows a man dancing in front of a crowd with “Wild Thoughts” by DJ Khaled featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller playing in the background.

The text above the video reads, “When your old self slowly starts coming out postpartum.”

Ventura then uploaded her own caption to the story, writing, “Factual. Little by little. lol.”

People confirmed that Ventura welcomed her third child, a boy, with husband Alex Fine on May 28—just two weeks after she testified in Combs’ criminal trial.

Ventura and Combs, 55, had been in a long-term relationship that ended in 2018, a year before she married Fine, 32, in August 2019.

During Combs’ trial, Ventura testified against him about the abuse she allegedly suffered while in the relationship. Combs was found guilty of prostitution charges but was acquitted of both sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Fine was present throughout Ventura’s testimony and later issued a statement in her defense.

“Over the past five days, the world has gotten to witness the strength and bravery of my wife, freeing herself of her past,” Fine said. “I have felt so many things sitting there. I have felt tremendous pride and overwhelming love for Cass.”

He then clarified some comments made about his impact on Cassie’s story, saying, “I did not save Cassie, as some have said. To say that is an insult to the years of painful work my wife has done to save herself. Cassie saved Cassie.”

Ventura and Fine also have two daughters, Frankie Stone, 5, and Sunny Cinco, 4.
