Ye Teases 'Bully' With "Hide Yo B*tch" Snippet & Pamela Anderson Clip

Ye used a 2008 video of Pamela Anderson to tease the potential 'Bully' cut. The actress previously appeared in his "Touch the Sky" video.

Ye has repurposed a 2008 video of Pamela Anderson surprising Hugh Hefner at his 82nd birthday celebration amid continued Bully teasing.

This week, the clip, which sees a seemingly nude Anderson presenting the late Playboy founder with cake at the Palms Casino Resort, was shared to the artist formerly known as Kanye West’s Instagram Stories. The audio, however, had been muted and replaced with what is presumably a new song, or at least a portion of one, featuring the repeated phrase “Hide yo bitch.”

As the phrase continues to repeat on the drumless track, it begins to sound more like “hydro bitch.” At some points, as has since been playfully pointed out by fans, the phrase instead sounds like “Hi, Joe Bitch.” Meanwhile, a hard-panned background vocal offers the slight variant, “How’s your bitch?”

The Ye edit of the clip, seen above, ends with the screen pixelating into indiscernible nothingness.

To be absolutely clear, it’s not known whether this is indeed something that will be heard on Ye’s upcoming Bully, the 24-time Grammy winner’s first solo album since 2021’s Donda. Also, while some have taken to referring to this as a full-fledged song, it’s just as likely that it’s actually intended to be merely an intro or interlude. While Bully doesn’t yet have a release date, Ye’s recent teasings (and possible upcoming appearance on a Kai Cenat stream) could be taken as a sign that it’s imminent.

In 2006, Anderson made a cameo in Ye’s Evel Knievel-inspired video for the Late Registration track “Touch the Sky.” As of this writing, she has not publicly acknowledged Ye's use of the 2008 Hefner clip.

Anderson can currently be seen in Gia Coppola's excellent The Last Showgirl, bringing a brilliant and layered lead performance to the Vegas-set story that's been widely praised by critics. The film led to a Golden Globe nomination for Anderson, who’s next expected to be seen in Mubi’s Rosebush Pruning.

The Bully teases have ramped up significantly in recent days, with Ye bringing in everything from a speculation-spurring nod to Mike Dean, to the use of over 30 goat emoji when reflecting on the latest release from his YZY brand.

In addition to being the first solo Ye album since Donda, Bully will serve as the first solo Ye album to be released since his Hitler-praising 2022 interview with Alex Jones. In the years since, Ye has released a pair of Vultures albums with Ty Dolla Sign, both of which were met with mixed reviews. Still, “Carnival,” a song off Vultures 1, is up for Best Rap Song at next month’s Grammys.
