Beyoncé had to be safely lowered to the ground after her “flying” car malfunctioned during her show at Houston’s NRG Stadium.

The potentially dangerous situation happened while she was performing the song “16 Carriages” on June 28. While singing from a car that was suspended over concert attendees, the car unexpectedly tilted into a sharp slant.

Beyoncé immediately halted performing the song to inform her staff to pause the show. “Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop,” she said into the microphone, prompting the music to stop. Instead of panicking though, Beyoncé kept her cool, telling the crowd, calmly, “Thank y’all for your patience.”

Soon after, her crew lowered the stalled-out vehicle to the stage where Beyoncé returned to the main crowd to finish performing “16 Carriages.” After she wrapped it up, she addressed the audience with a warm message.

“I want to thank y’all for loving me,” she said. “If ever I fall, I know y’all will catch me.”

Beyoncé’s car issue will hopefully be fixed ASAP because she has another show for her Cowboy Carter tour tonight at the same venue. After that, she’ll have some multi-night shows in Landover and Atlanta before the tour comes to an end in Paradise Nevada, on July 26.

In Paris last week, Beyonce’s fans were treated to a surprising moment that, luckily, had nothing to do with a vehicle stuck in mid-air.

At her third and final show at Stade de France in Saint-Denis, Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, came out to perform a live rendition of their song, “Crazy In Love” and also performed “Ni**as in Paris.”
