Boosie’s Daughter Responds to Her Dad Saying She Might ‘Contaminate’ Her Siblings by Being a Lesbian

Boosie Badazz’s daughter, Iviona Hatch aka Poison Ivi, has spoken out about her father’s recent comments about her sexuality—and the internet has sided against her dad's homophobic comments.

"She still can't bring her situation to our house. My daughter is grown—Because I don't want it to contaminate her others [siblings]" Boosie said at Revolt World 2024 for a live edition of Yung Miami's Caresha Please show. "It's a generation we're raising, and I don't want her to get too contaminated for her other six or seven sisters who look up to her. I want them to bring me grandchildren..."

Boosie's comments were met by groans in the audience.

He continued, "If I want grandchildren the right way... that's what I'ma stand on. If I don't want my other little girl to look at daddy and say, 'What's that daddy?' to somebody she looks up to? It's not gonna come around. My grandfather didn't let it, my daddy didn't let it, and I didn't let it."

Shortly after the clip started to make its rounds online, Iviona posted a video in which she's sitting in a car and explaining that she saw the clip of her father making the hurtful comments.

“I just saw that he recently did an interview with Caresha and he used the word 'contaminate' and put my siblings in it at that,” she said. “If you know me, I love and respect my siblings with everything in me. And they respect me and love me with everything in them.

“When you getting on they nerves, I’m who they call,” Iviona continued. “Most of my sibling are teenagers — teenagers that you don’t want to see grow up.”

She also addressed when her father first found out that she was a lesbian. “The incident that happened was in Jamaica…when you called me a gay b-word,” she revealed. “So if the world really knew the hurtful things you told me before and I forgave you, you wouldn’t even understand.”

After she shared her video, the internet came to her defense.

Back in 2020, Boosie made headlines for his parenting when he claimed on Instagram Live to have gotten an adult woman to perform oral sex on his underage son and nephews. "I'm training these boys right, I'm training these boys right," he said. "Ask any of my nephews, ask any of them, ask my son. Yeah, when they was 12, 13 they got head. Yeah, that's how it's supposed to be.”

“Hell yeah I got my fuckin’ son dick sucked,” he continued. “You fuckin’ right. Yes, a grown woman, grown, super grown ... checked his ass out. Checked all my nephews out, super grown. Is she grown? She check me out. I know what the fuck she did to them, she checked me out, that bitch. I'm getting them prepared, man."
