Pretty crazy to think about, but this September will mark 18 years since Tupac Shakur was shot and killed in Las Vegas, Nevada. All these years later, and still so few details are known about the case or the investigation.
However, today retired Las Vegas police officer Chris Carroll stepped forward to speak about that night, and what he remembers. Carroll was on duty that evening and was the first officer to respond to the scene where Tupac's car was shot up. He had this to say about the night to Vegas Seven:
This is the first time that Carroll has ever spoke publicly about the event, and warned that he doubts a criminal case is ever brought up in the matter.
