San Francisco Vocalist Turk Grabs Rexx Life Raj For New Single "City Kid"

The Bay Area has always been a hotspot for great music. Rising artists Turk and Rexx Life Raj plan to add to the historic catalog of the region with singles like today's premiere "City Kid."

Turk told us, "This song is a product of many sleepless nights and retrospection, and I wanted to incorporate ideas of duality. The creation of the song came naturally, Ian Mckee started out by sampling a homies acoustic guitar riff, and continued to explore with textures and layers from there. With the help of Rexx Life Raj, this track hella came alive."

Both Turk and Rexx have been building a buzz for quite some time and have worked together before, so the chemistry you hear on this record is nothing new.
