Fitness influencer Ashton Hall is making waves again with a new dramatic video.

In the one-minute clip shared to his Instagram on Tuesday, August 5, Hall portrays a younger, nerdier—but still buff—version of himself from 2015 being bullied at school.

Later on, he gets rejected for prom when a girl crumples up his note and throws it at his head and then gets chased outside by bullies who throw an egg at him from a moving car.

The clip then jumps to 2025, where Hall steps out of a luxury car, hands the key to a valet, enters a luxury home, and walks up to a rooftop with a scenic view before the clip ends.

"To the kid getting bullied.. Keep going ✍🏾" he captioned the post.

It’s unclear if the video recreates Hall’s real experiences with bullying in school or if it's a fictional narrative meant to inspire his younger viewers.

If Hall’s name rings a bell, he gained notoriety earlier this year after the X account @tipsformenx reposted a clip of his morning routine starting at 4 a.m., which included dunking his face in ice water, swimming briefly, running at high speed, brushing his teeth, and keeping things going until 9:30 a.m. as he eats breakfast.

The clip went viral on social media, where it inspired countless reactions and parodies of his elaborate routine.

Hall is mostly popular on TikTok and Instagram, where he has 7.2 million and 18.4 million followers respectively.
