Eddie Murphy and Australian Model Paige Butcher Get Married in Intimate Caribbean Wedding
The couple began dating in 2012 and got engaged two months after they welcomed their second child together in 2018.
Eddie Murphy and Paige Butcher have officially tied the knot!
The 63-year-old Oscar-nominated actor and 44-year-old Australian model got married last Tuesday in the Caribbean with family and close friends, as People reports.
The couple held their wedding at the oceanside Four Seasons resort on the island of Aguilla. According to photographer Rich Lander, the couple’s wedding consisted of a small ceremony at sunset followed by dinner on the sand.
People notes that Butcher wore a corseted gown with lace designed by Mira Zwillinger, while the groom wore a white Brioni suit.
The couple began dating in 2012 and welcomed their first child, Izzy Oona, in May 2016. Their second child, Max Charles, arrived in November 2018, just two months after Murphy and Butcher got engaged.
This marks Murphy's second marriage, and the first time Butcher has tied the knot.
According to People, Murphy has eight other children, including Eric, 35, whom he had with ex-girlfriend Paulette McNeely. He had his second eldest son Christian, 33, with Tamara Hood. Murphy had Bria, 34, Myles Mitchell, 31, Shayne Audra, 29, Zola Ivy, 24, and Bella Zahra, 21, with ex-wife Nicole Murphy. He also shares, Angel, 13, with ex-girlfriend Mel B of the Spice Girls.
