With everything going on in today’s world, sometimes you just need a laugh.

From the wholesome, to the jaw dropping, to the crude, and just plain absurd, creators on TikTok have managed to keep people laughing and mindlessly scrolling.

On Sunday, an X user named KillaMinga innocuously tweeted the prompt, “What’s the funniest tiktok video you’ve ever seen?” Hundreds of replies and over 260 million views later, X users proved that the best of TikTok has a life outside of the app too.

Here are some of those funniest TikToks that X users have ever seen.

A recreation of how the Egyptian pyramids came to be.

Will we ever know how the pyramids were actually constructed? Probably not. But at least we can have some fun reimagining the process.

“She ain’t no diva!”

This instantly iconic Renaissance Tour-era TikTok of “Beyoncé” calling out a fan will never get old.

“Cinnamon on top of beef and chicken?!”

They say you can’t eat at everyone’s house and not every recipe is for you. But even the man reacting to this concoction could’ve predicted how this TikTok would end.

“You owe me 8 fucking dollars”

This one guy thought he could recreate a recipe for cheesesteak burritos, but probably didn’t think to add parchment paper when roasting the vegetables for it for 40 minutes in a 400 degree oven. While he’s $8 short with an empty stomach, your stomach might hurt from laughing.

Fly Kids

Forget about “girl dads” and “boy moms,” you’ll always think about this video of “guys raised by flies” when you rub your hands together.

Don’t put Sprite in your water cup

That temptation to dispense some soda into your courtesy cup won’t fly in Gotham.

“You see how that sounds, Mary?!”

Reenactments of marital woes between Joseph and Mary will never get old, and this one takes the cake. Literally.

A betrayal from a short king.

Sara Nahusenay’s absurdist comedy made her a star on her “Musings of a Crouton” TikTok account. This fable about a potential suitor that was “dressed like a sexually repressed English teacher” with “the essence of an accountant” makes you almost wish it were true.

“How was Louis Armstrong able to become the first man on the moon?”

There is such a thing as a healthy amount of curiosity and skepticism. But the way this random individual confused astronaut Neil Armstrong with singer Louis Armstrong is truly something else.

The most sour candy in the world.

Don’t try this at home. This TikToker tried the “Black Death” sour candies and the outcome was just as intense as you might imagine.

“They found out Ed, Edd n Eddy stopped playing on the TV.”

This TikToker hilariously attributed an escalating bar fight with the cancellation of the beloved kids show. Wait until those people find out the Cartoon Network website has been shut down too.

Morning routine

This guy’s friend can’t contain her laughter to his obviously fake morning routine prank.

How work beef sounds when you work at a theme park

Every workplace has its own drama, and if you’ve ever wondered what’s tea behind the scenes of your favorite theme parks, look no further.

“They’re trying to catch Jojo riding dirty”

User Bydney’s love for her adorable puppy Jojo knows no limits based on the cuban link she got him for his birthday, but that’s not all. She even treats him to a passionate rendition of Chamillionaire’s “Ridin’ Dirty.”

“I ordered sparkling mineral water with no bubbles”

Have you ever randomly started narrating old colonial paintings? This is probably exactly how this conversation went back in the day.

This is definitely not how Bill Withers recorded “Just the Two of Us”

There’s no telling what kind of magic will happen at any recording session. But user @Jonathanbynoe’s take on the 1980 hit had sparks flying between the late singer and his engineer.

That awkward “Hit ‘Em Up” recording session

This user hilariously recreated the tension in the studio when 2Pac recorded his 1996 diss track towards the Notorious B.I.G.
