‘Temptation Island’: Montoya Goes Through It Again, Watches Another Clip of His Girlfriend Cheating

José Carlos Montoya, the breakout star of Spanish dating show Temptation Island, couldn’t catch a break in a recent episode.

On Monday’s episode of La isla de las tentaciones, 31-year-old Montoya watched yet another NSFW clip of his girlfriend Anita, 27, cheating on him with castmate Manuel, 33, who she admitted she was falling in love with and praised him for doing more for her than Montoya ever had throughout their relationship.

While watching the footage, Montoya appeared desensitized to it all, saying sarcastically, “Very good. The one who told me she wasn’t gonna fall in love with anyone.”

He eventually got into a back-and-forth with the show’s host, Sandra Barneda, over the chain of events that led to Anita’s actions.

Barneda argued that Montoya had indeed given in to temptation, reminding him that his hookup with 26-year-old Gabriella (after receiving a lap dance), played a role in Anita’s actions.

Montoya dismissed Barneda’s argument, grew increasingly frustrated with the exchange, and even threatened to leave the show.

In another clip from an episode aired last week, Gabriella and Anita had an explosive confrontation over their relationships with Montoya and Manuel.

These moments follow a wildly viral clip of Montoya’s dramatic reaction seeing Anita cheat for the first time. In disbelief and agony, Montoya infamously made a desperate sprint across a beach. The clip, dubbed as the "Montoya, por favor" video, earned over 225 million views on X alone and has been immortalized in reality TV history.
