Andrew Schulz Turns Back on Donald Trump, Says Zohran and AOC Are Real 'America First' Candidates

"He's doing the exact opposite of everything I voted for. I want him to stop the wars. He's funding them. I want him to shrink spending. He's increasing it."

Andrew Schulz has suggested that he feels like he's been betrayed by President Donald Trump following the recent DOJ and FBI report that concluded convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein didn't have a client list or kill himself.

Speaking on a recent episode of his Flagrant podcast, which focuses extensively on the Epstein report, he said: "Everything [Donald Trump] campaigned on, I believe he wanted to do, and now he's doing the exact opposite thing of every single fucking thing,"

Continuing on, he added: "There'll be people that, like, they'll DM me and be like, 'You see what your boy doing? You voted for this.' I'm like, 'I voted for none of this! He's doing the exact opposite of everything I voted for. I want him to stop the wars. He's funding them. I want him to shrink spending. He's increasing it."

He said that the only promise Trump made that he's actually keeping is "sending immigrants back," referring to the recent rise in aggressive ICE raids across the country. "And now he's even flip-flopped on that, which I kind of like," he said.

Later on in the episode, he asserted that Trump and many of the Republicans don't have the right to call themselves the "America First" party anymore.

"The only party right now, that to me seems 'America First,' is the Democrat Socialist party," said Schulz. "Bernie [Sanders] is 'America First.' [Zohran] Mamdani, and all his ideas that he will not be able to execute — and I frankly think many of them are not good ideas — but he is, no doubt, 'New York First' ... The policies seem to want to help people here, that's what I care about."

He said that if the Republican 'MAGA' movement wants to truly be 'America First,' they need to stop lying to the American public. "They gotta start looking out for America and it doesn't seem like they're doing it," he continued. "Lying to Americans is not 'America First.'"

Schultz added: "There is one lie, 'Epstein did not have this global blackmail ring of the elites, the intelligencer, the royal family, the big businessmen.' He just had this blackmail ring on all these very influential people, and by saying that didn't happen, you have to tell a lot of other little lies to make that lie make sense. Every one of them just pulls a little piece of thread away from the fabric."

During the 2024 election cycle, Trump sat down for an interview on an episode of Flagrant, which made it clear that Schulz would be supporting him at the polls over Kamala Harris.

Another popular podcasting figure who supported Trump during the election has also expressed disappointment in his administration. As reported by Salon, Joe Rogan said he wasn't too enthused by all the immigration enforcement efforts going on in an episode of his podcast earlier this month. "There’s two things that are insane," Rogan said. “One is the targeting of migrant workers — just construction workers, just gardeners. Like, really?"
