Rubi Rose Warns Against Getting Butt Enhancements: 'Please Stop Getting Ass Shots'
Rose is the latest celebrity to take a stand against certain cosmetic surgeries.
Rubi Rose has advised her fans to avoid getting work done on their posteriors.
After posting a video of her twerking to her own music, Rubi Rose shared a simple plea with her followers on Tuesday, May 6. "Please stop getting ass shots," she wrote.
The rapper and influencer, who recently told Adin Ross that a man needs to make $5 million a year if they want to date her, is the latest woman in pop culture to share her take on butt-related cosmetic procedures.
Earlier this year, fellow rapper GloRilla denied allegations that she got a BBL. "I've been seeing everybody with all the BBL allegations and I wanna come on here and be honest," Glo said. "So, I didn't get a BBL, but I did get some 'discipline shots.' So, I got 'em inserted right here and right here [pointing to her temples]."
SZA, meanwhile, has been open about her decision to get a BBL and said it wasn't "necessary," but she's still "enjoying it." Latto also revealed last year that she felt pressured into getting a BBL when she was "young and impressionable."
Blac Chyna said in 2023 that she had her work on her butt reversed after the implants became "super inflamed." Cardi B also said in 2022 that she's had "95 percent" of her butt injections removed.
